What is Important to Us

Durham Presbyterian church is not just a building.  It is people, people who believe in God as Heavenly Father and Creator, Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and the Holy Spirit as God’s divine presence within and among us. Like a family, we come together: to worship the Living God, to work together to help one another and to reach out to help those in our community.  We are guided in our actions, thoughts and words by God’s Word, in the Bible, and in our hearts. We seek to be faithful followers of Jesus Christ in everything we do, a reflection of God’s kingdom on earth.
